WATER SOFTENING PLANT:
A softening unit is provided for removal calcium & magnesium hardness of raw water. Raw water is passed through a softening system in order to remove calcium as well as magnesium impurities by the moveable sodium ion from salt solution. The pressure vessels is constructed F.R.P./ mild steel internally unit is fitted with top distributor & bottom collecting system & charged with strong acid cation resin.
The presence of magnesium and calcium salts in different concentrations causes hardness of water. SONA CHEMICLAS softener, with its ultrasonic technology provides the softness to water. The customized designed support the medium scale industries for its low regeneration cost.
The filter is fitted with manual Multi Port Valves and extra strong grade upvc pipe work. Pressure Gauge is provided at inlet & Outlet to measure the differential pressure across the bed.
