DUAL MEDIA FILTER:
A Multi Grade Filter Unit is provided for filtration of raw water. Water is passed through a filter (MGF) in order to remove suspended matters and turbidity. The pressure vessels is constructed from F.R.P. internally unit is fitted with top distributor & bottom collecting system & charged with mixed grade Silica quartz Sand with a supported on different grade of under bed material.
The filter is fitted with manual Multi Port Valves and extra strong grade upvc pipe work. Pressure Gauge is provided at inlet & Outlet to measure the differential pressure across the bed.
SONA CHEMICALS Ultra filtration plants are made from mild steel / FRP closed vessel and are operated under pressure. The water is the passed through the filter from top to bottom, leaving unwanted impurities at the filter bed. Reverse flow of water easily flushes away the impurities at the filter bed. Besides, Reverse flow of water easily flushes away the impurities deposited at filter bed.
The filter is fitted with manual Multi Port Valves and extra strong grade upvc pipe work. Pressure Gauge is provided at inlet & Outlet to measure the differential pressure across the bed.

An IRM filter unit is provided for filtration of Iron from raw water. Raw water is passed through a filter (MGF) in order to remove suspended matter and turbidity. Thus remain iron impurities required remove to suit various application. The pressure is contracted from F.R.P./ mild steel. Internally unit is fitted with top distribution and bottom collecting system and changed with iron removal media which is supported on under bed material.
Iron Removal Media is required treat by Hypo-Chlorite soln once in a week for this purpose dosing system is required but due to take care of post ion exchange resin base softening system we provide MPV with inbuilt injector. Its use for treatment of activation of Iron removal Media.

A Activated Carbon Filter unit is provided for filtration of Raw Water. Raw water is passed through a filter (MGF) in order to remove suspended matters/ turbidity and then IRM for iron free water. The ACF remove / reduce remaining impurity such as odor, color, free chlorine. The pressure vessels is constructed F.R.P./ mild steel internally unit is fitted with top distributor & bottom collecting system & charged with Granule Activated carbon which is supported on different grade of under bed material.
The filter is fitted with manual Multi Port Valves and extra strong grade upvc pipe work. Pressure Gauge is provided at inlet & Outlet to measure the differential pressure across the bed.
